1. Description of Messaging Services

Jamurau Holdings utilizes SMS messaging to communicate with clients and contacts regarding our holding company operations and management. By opting into our messaging program, you may receive messages related to business communications and notifications.

2. User Consent and Opt-In Acknowledgment

By providing your mobile phone number and verbally consenting during a service request, meeting, or event, you agree to receive SMS communications from Jamurau Holdings. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies (typically 2-5 messages per month). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. No Third-Party Marketing Commitment

In compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
